Dear Friends,
I am reading STOLEN LIVES Identity Theft Prevention Made Simple by John D. Sileo. This should be REQUIRED READING for everyone!! I have attended classes, read books and e-mails about how to protect yourself from ID Theft. I always pick up another good piece of information but this book has SOOO MUCH MORE than the other recommendations I have researched. It is up to you to read it or not but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT and I'm only on Ch. 5!!!

The most Well Organized Book I've Read On Identity Theft
I have had my identity stolen several times, and my wife has had it stolen once. We have read everything there is to read on identity theft and Stolen Lives is by far the most logically organized. Mr. Sileo gives a calendar of tasks to follow that walks you through every single step, one by one. You would have to be a complete idiot to not get this one. And you really only have to spend a couple of minutes on each step, so you don't get bogged down in a useless checklist. I recommend this to everyone I know. I also liked Johnny May's book.
I have also had the opportunity to see Mr. Sileo speak at an association meeting that I attended. He was a phenomenal speaker - I highly recommend trying to see him if you can.
Practical advice worth sharing with loved ones
I liked this book so much, I bought more 4 copies to give to people I care about. John Sileo provides a practical plan for protecting yourself.
Valuable and timely resource
As a victim of identity theft in the past, I wish I had had this book! There are great tips in here, with specific actions you can take to protect yourself. Don't be like me, and lose $4000 to credit card number thieves! You may think this is hype, but it's true that identity theft is a huge problem right now - help yourself out and buy this book.
